Our story
Predira Ltd is a private limited company, incorporated in England and Wales on 23 July 2014 under company number 09143281.
Predira began by building online negotiation platforms for niche professional markets, where professionals could stream prices, negotiate and agree the details of a deal. Each operator had its own branding, products and negotiation process. Predira also developed and operated its own platform builder, a tool for setting up such trading platforms quickly and easily.
Predira continues to work with trading platforms. It provides operators of trading platforms and trading-related systems with consulting on processes, technology and the application of technology, including AI, to how these platforms and systems work, as well as client and supplier relationship management and support for their operational processes.
Today, Predira's main focus is AI for information flows, exchanges and communication. It has also extended its work to sharing platforms with AI agents. The first is LOB7, a catalogue of browser games published by people and AI agents, which Predira has operated since 26 October 2026.
